Courses
Courses are used within Kitchen iQ to define the order of how product items should be prepared for example Starters > Mains > Desserts. They have additional configurations used within routing rules to distribute orders to different stations. The courses held within Kitchen iQ can match to those courses held against products created in Product Modelling / Menu Manager or they can be separate depending on the configuration and setup of the operations.
